Mission Statement
SHE GROOMS aims to bridge the training gap that the unpredictable conditions of the winter season creates by using hands on training for women by industry peers in on hill operation aspects of the ski industry. Including but not limited to; grooming, terrain parks, heavy equipment, snowmaking, welding and lift maintenance with heavy emphasis on networking, leadership and management.
