Thank you for applying to list your rental with the Turns for Tenants (T4T) program.   • Landlord or Homeowner Information

    Please provide your contact information. This information will be used internally at the Mt Hood Meadows Human Resources office, and will not be shared on the available rentals list.
  • Please list the physical address of the Rental. This information will not be posted on the available rentals list to employees. The physical address is for internal tracking and verification only used by T4T program managers.
  • Available Rental Information

    If your application is approved, the information you provide below about the available rental will appear on the T4T list. If you have more than one rental property available, please fill out a new form for each rental.
  • Please type out your name AND contact information as you would like it to appear on the available rentals list. Example: "Jordan: text inquiries to 555-555-5555"
    Rental units located outside a 20 mile radius of the furthest reaches of the employee transit system will be declined for this program. Sandy, OR and Hood River, Oregon are the last stops for South and North routes respectively.
  • Rent Guidelines

    Not all rentals will qualify for the program; Mt Hood Meadows' focus is to identify affordable, available housing options for our team members and concentrate efforts on linking those listings to our employees. To see what rentals qualify for the program, visit www.skihood.com/t4t
  • Please describe how many RV/Camper Spots are available and what is included such as hookup types, restrooms, etc.
  • A unit is defined as a living unit. For example, a two bedroom apartment at $1,100 for the whole apartment would be listed as $650 per unit. See table above for reference. If you feel an exception should be made for your unit, please e-mail housing@skihood.com

    • I understand that in order to qualify for the incentives of this program, a renter must find my available rental through the T4T list after my rental has been approved and listed. Any prior agreements or arrangements made with the employee-tenant disqualifies me from this program.
    • General Liability Release

      The undersigned is participating in the “Turns for Tenants” employee-housing program. The undersigned participant(s) does hereby release and forever discharge Mt. Hood Meadows Oreg., LLC and Cooper Spur Mountain Resort and their owners, employees, directors, officers, agents, affiliates and related entities (“Meadows”) from any and all responsibility and liability as herein after enumerated, and further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Meadows and all persons acting for Meadows against all claims, costs and attorney's fees arising out of or in any way connected with the Turns for Tenants employee housing program: •All rental/leases agreements are between the landlord/owner and the tenant. Meadows is only a facilitator of the “Turns for Tenants” housing program and is not involved with any landlord/home owner and tenant disputes. •Any intentional or unintentional damage, injury caused in whole or in part by the tenant, whether alone or together with or in association with others, to any person or persons or the property of any person or persons, whether it be personal, real or mixed; •Any financial or other obligation incurred by the landlord/home owner during the duration of the program, including without limitation, obligations or liabilities incurred by a tenant in the program; •Any intentional or unintentional injury to the participant, illness, sickness, death or disability, arising from the acts of another person or persons, disease, hospitalization, medical treatment, taking of any medicine or drugs, or any other connected cause; •Any and all claims for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity or expense arising from government restrictions or regulations, war, rebellion, weather, acts of God or governments, or any other like reason; •The Turns 4 Tenants application and release form are the property of Meadows and cannot be duplicated, forwarded or altered without direct written permission from the Mt Hood Meadows Human Resource Department. •Any claims, including but not limited to those enumerated in the preceding paragraphs, which arise out of the landlord/homeowner/tenant relationship
