TENURE PROGRAM DETAILS Mt. Hood Meadows & Cooper Spur are excited to recognize our long tenured team members annually with our Tenure Recognition Program. Our team who returns each season is the driving force behind our companies’ success helping us retain knowledge and skill from season to season and evolve our company to be a better place for our team to work and for our guests to recreate. The program is designed to recognize team members longevity with the company at five-year intervals starting when a team member has been with us for at least five seasons. We always count the current season in the season count and we count all years of employment even if there is a gap. Of course, only the seasons actually worked are counted. The program is kicking off during the 2024-2025 season recognizing all team members who have been with us five seasons or more and after this year we will focus on recognizing those who are hitting 5-year anniversaries. Recognition gifts are below for each milestone and can be picked up in our Human Resources Office. We kicked off the program with a tenure recognition dinner event on 2/3/2025 for all those who have worked for the company for 15 seasons or more and we will hold that event annually.
