Employee Child Rates + Hours
- As of 11/18/23, Daycare is open 7 days/week.
- Reservations are required by emailing daycare@skihood.com. Reservations should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cost: $30/day for one child, $50/day for each additional. (ERDC Monthly billing is available at $6/hour).
- Daycare is open to employees from 7:30 am-4:30 pm, and we can open at 7:20 am upon request.
- Cancellations must be communicated with us as soon as possible in order to make space for additional children. Chronic cancellations or no shows can result in required non-refundable payment upon reservation.
Communication
- To ensure your request is seen in a timely manner, please send all communications through daycare@skihood.com. This is a distribution list; while an individual will respond back to you, the daycare email ensures someone will see it no matter our employees’ days off.
Method of Payment
- Payment is required before services; Daily, Weekly, or Monthly payment options are available. Credit or Debit cards can be stored upon request.
Meadows Learning Center Add-ons
- Lessons are available for Preschool & School-Age children who are willing and excited to ski / snowboard. Rentals are also available with any lesson product.
- Lessons for kids in daycare can be purchased for $30/lesson. Ages 4+ may choose to purchase two lessons in which case the child will stay in the CLC for lunch.
Daycare as Preschool
- We do our best to provide care to the whole child. We offer child-led, process-based curriculum and learning objectives for 3-, 4-, and 5-year-olds. We strive to prepare kids for kindergarten in a supportive, fun way so employees utilizing our care mid-week can know their child is in a supportive learning environment.
