2023/24 Team Member Season Pass Reimbursement Form – Mt. Hood Meadows & Cooper Spur Team Site

If you purchased a season pass and now work for Mt Hood Meadows or CSMR, you may fill out this form to request reimbursement.

Requests for reimbursement must be received before the employee’s last day of employment.
Reimbursements take 4-6 weeks to review and process. Your patience is appreciated.

Refund Schedule:

Hired prior to January 31st, 2024:
- 100% refund
Hired February 1st, 2024 – February 28th, 2024:
- 75% refund
Hired March 1st, 2024 – March 31st, 2024:
- 25% refund
Hired April 1st, 2023 – end of season:
- No refund
