Team Member Pass FAQ’s & Answers

  • Q: Can I use my Employee Pass at Mt Baker? 
  • A: No, you must request exchange letters through the PNSAA Mtn Exchange – check out the Mountain Exchange Resource page for more information on this program. 

  • Q: Can I let my friend use my pass?
  • A: Absolutely not! Your team member pass is only for you. Allowing another to ride on your pass can lead to suspension of your riding privileges or termination and loss of your pass. 

  • Q: How do I get my Team Member Pass? 
  • A: You get your pass once you have done the following:
    1. Attended orientation (online this year through Dayforce)
    2. Completed all Onboarding
    3. Your manager may assign other tasks depending on your job and department needs before approving your pass agreement to be processed and issued from HR. Check with your manager if you are unsure of your progress

  • Q: How do I know my pass is ready? 
  • A: You will receive a Dayforce message when it’s ready. Be sure to have notifications enabled on your Dayforce App. 

  • Q: What do I do if I forgot my pass for the day? 
  • A: Each team pass has three “I forgot” passes available. See Guest Services to get your one-day “I forgot” pass

  • Q: I lost my pass. What do I do? 
  • A: Guest Services can reprint your pass! Each team member gets one free reprint. After your one free reprint we may charge a $10 reissue fee.
