Child Care Needed Weekends 3:30-5:30pm – Co-op?

I am a part-time instructor and I am looking for another employee/friend of an employee to watch my kiddo sometimes on weekends from 3:30 to 5:30 or so in order for me to do trainings and clinics.  The day care closes at 4:30 so I can’t use it to get in on trainings.  :/   If anyone wants to do a co-op thing and hire someone to watch 2 or 3 kids for a bit, that would be great, or if you are an instructor or ski team person and want to pick up an extra gig, please let me know.  My kiddo is 9 years old and is a blue/black skier, but could be kind of tired by 3:30pm after a full day of lessons.  Kiddo likes to read and would be pretty chill.  Thank you!
