Hey there, I saw this ad on T4T and looking for two people who want to go in on it! I’ve been having trouble finding affordable housing and this seems like a great option. Here’s the ad I saw posted there

Preference to rent to a group of three that are looking for a place to live together. The house and rooms are small but cozy and the house has great views of the River and Mt. Adams and is walking distance to downtown. Only one parking space available and no street parking within one block of the house.

$775 a room $333 deposit
