The National Ski Areas Association has created a valuable education module, so you and your teammates can learn more about the importance of inclusion, diversity & equity in mountain recreation. In this 20-minute module you will learn about the how inclusion is vital to the sustainability of mountain ski area operations, what unconscious biases and microaggressions are, and practice through observing two role-playing scenarios and empathy exercises to enhance your understanding.
