Program Information & Guidelines:
The T4T list is you and your team’s insider resource to housing within the Mt Hood area. The T4T list includes pre-approved landlords who have applied to list their rentals to Mt Hood Meadows and Cooper Spur employees. These landlords had to apply and have their rental reviewed by the program administrator to get on this list.
Program Guidelines:
- The T4T list is only for full-time Mt Hood Meadows and Cooper Spur team members
- The T4T list is not to be distributed to friends and family. If you know someone who wants to see the list, tell them to get a job here!
- The T4T list is not a tool to leverage yourself as a renter or “hook up” your landlord with free lift access. If you are talking to a landlord not on this list, they will not qualify for the program incentives.
- When you reach out to a landlord on this list, please inform them you are an employee of MHM or CSMR and that you saw their rental on the T4T list. Landlords may have their rental listed elsewhere.

The Turns 4 Tenants list is now posted online for team members to view. To protect against misuse of the program, the webpage containing the list has been password protected. To access the T4T list, reach out to your manager or supervisor for the password and follow the link below:
