Team members that do not intend to use their lift privileges may reassign their lift access to a family member. The team member will maintain their discounts, and only the lift access portion of their pass will be reassigned. 

Pass reassignment requests are subject to approval and must be submitted through the below form:

Mt. Hood Meadows Resort 2024/25 Pass Terms & Conditions of Use

The season Pass/ID is issued to an individual team member or their dependent for personal use, is non-transferable, and is valid through the 2024-2025 winter season (expires spring 2025). The Pass/ID is the property of Mt. Hood Meadows, and the holder agrees to surrender the Pass/ID upon termination of employment if applicable or on demand by Mt. Hood Meadows’ staff. By using the Pass/ID, the recipient agrees and accepts all terms and conditions set forth. Further, the recipient understands and agrees that if their Pass/ID or any ticket media they are issued is found on another person or if the Pass/ID is reported lost and is found and used, both parties are committing a crime and will be cited for “Theft of Services” which is a serious crime and may result in prosecution and/or possible fine. Report lost Passes/ID’s to Human Resources immediately. First replacement of a lost or “forgotten” pass is free; an additional replacement fee of $2 will be charged. No refunds will be given after employment ends under any circumstances. The Pass/ID holder agrees to wear the pass or daily ticket to be verified each time they board the lift and upon demand of inspection. Mt. Hood Meadows reserves the right to change the opening and closing dates, operating hours, number of days in the week open, restrict access to any open lift and/or terrain at any time based on weather, snow conditions, crowds, special events or any other conditions or reasons. Mt. Hood Meadows also reserves the right to determine the number of lifts in operation or area available for use at any given time based on snow, weather, or other conditions or reasons. There will be strict enforcement for all safety regulations, especially but not limited to reckless and excessive speed, skiing/riding outside the area boundaries, closed trails, and/or disregard of slope etiquette, etc. Mt. Hood Meadows reserves the right to revoke a Pass or lift ticket privileges for failure to comply with the regulations set herein and/or disregard for the safe use of lifts, slopes, or other facilities at the area. ORS 30.985, the areas “Rules of Use”, the Responsibility Code or the Meadows Code of Conduct. agrees to surrender the Pass/ID upon termination of employment if applicable or on by demand by Mt. Mt. Hood Meadows 2024/25Winter Season Release & Indemnification

The holder and/or user of this Pass or any person named on the Pass application (“Participant”) understands that skiing, snowboarding, and other winter activities can be hazardous and that injuries are common when participating in such activities. Participant accepts and assumes the risks associated with skiing/snowboarding/winter activities including but not limited to, changing weather conditions, variations and steepness of terrain, terrain features and parks, snow or ice conditions, surface or subsurface conditions, bare spots, creeks and gullies, forest growth, avalanches, rocks, stumps, snow immersion, the use of lifts, collisions with natural or man-made objects or other persons, falling, loss of control, and exceeding one’s ability. Participant hereby freely and expressly assumes any and all risk of property damage, injury, paralysis, and death associated with skiing/snowboarding/winter activities. In consideration for lift access and the use of any other area facilities and premises, Participant hereby agrees to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Mt. Hood Meadows OREG., LLC and Cooper Spur Mountain Resort and their owners, partners, team members, directors, officers, agents, affiliates, and related entities (“Meadows”) from any and all claims by or on behalf of Participant against Meadows arising directly or indirectly out of Participant’s use of this Pass and/or the area facilities and premises. This release includes claims and liabilities arising from any cause whatsoever, including, but not limited to, ordinary negligence on the part of Meadows. Participant also agrees to indemnify (including costs and attorney’s fees) Meadows for any claim brought on behalf of a minor named on this Pass Application. All participants named on this form must read and sign the PASS/ID Form. Participants under 18 years of age are required to have the signature of a parent or guardian.
