If you purchased a season pass prior to joining the team and would like to request reimbursement, please fill out this form. Please review the following before submitting:
- Requests for reimbursement must be received before your last day of employment.
- Human Resources will begin processing requests starting January 15th, 2026.
- Please allow 3-5 weeks to review and processing. Your patience is appreciated!
- All team member season pass reimbursement requests will be processed either by:
- credit/debit card
- passholder stored value
Reimbursement Schedule:
You may be eligible for the following reimbursement percentage(s) based on the date of your first scheduled shift (not including Welcome Home/Orientation/Onboarding shifts):
- Prior to January 31st, 2026 – 100% refund
- February 1st, 2026 – February 28th, 2026 – 75% refund
- March 1st, 2026 – March 31st, 2026 – 25% refund
- April 1st, 2026 – end of season – No refund
Note: Your first shift is defined as the first shift you are scheduled to work (and worked) either on or after our first day of operations for the 25/26 season. Orientation shifts do not count towards this measurement.
