Mountain Exchange Starts Now!
It’s official! The Mountain Exchange Program is up and running for the 2019-2020 season! Swing by Human Resources for the complete list of resorts & gyms. Read IMPORTANT program details below:
How does Mountain Exchange work?
Request letter from Human Resources.
Take Letter + Employee Pass to resort or gym you’re visiting
Ride, climb, yoga, smile!
OK what are the rules?
(this is the important stuff you want to learn BEFORE your privileges are revoked)
You can request a letter no more than 2 weeks in advance. Letters are 1st come 1st serve for current team members in good standing.
The date your letter is issued is the only date you can visit the resort or gym. We can give out a limited amount of letters per day per resort.
Only 2 letters per resort/gym per week per person
You may request a letter by phone, but you must come IN PERSON to pick up your letter from Human Resources.
Doesn’t my pass work at Mt Baker like guest passes? No it does not! you must go through the exchange program to visit Mt Baker or any other ski resort in the exchange.
You must present the original letter and your employee pass when visiting the ski resort / gym. They will not accept photos, copies, faxes, emails, snapchats or bribes in lieu of the original letter and your employee pass.
If you forget your letter or season pass do not call HR or your manager for help. There are no exceptions to having the original letter and your season pass when you redeem your exchange ticket.
If you fail to adhere by the resort or gym’s rules and regulations, your privileges will be revoked. BE NICE. You’re representing Meadows when you visit on exchange.
