TENURE PROGRAM DETAILS
Mt. Hood Meadows & Cooper Spur are excited to recognize our long tenured team members annually with our Tenure Recognition Program. Our team who returns each season are the driving force behind our companies’ success helping us retain knowledge and skill from season to season and evolve our company to be a better place for our team to work and for our guests to recreate.
The program is designed to recognize team members longevity with the company at five-year intervals starting when a team member has been with us for at least five seasons. We always count the current season in the season count and we count all years of employment even if there is a gap. Of course, only the seasons actually worked are counted.
The program kicked off during the 2024-2025 season recognizing all team members who have been with us five seasons or more and each season after we will focus on recognizing those who are hitting 5-year anniversaries.
We have a tenure recognition dinner annually for all those who have worked for the company for 15 seasons or more and the event will be held 2/9/2026 this season.
