Columbia Area Transit (CAT)

Columbia Area Transit offers affordable, accessible transportation options all along the Gorge and Mt. Hood area. Working with local affiliate transit services, CAT routes can take you from Portland to Goldendale, and even to Mt. Hood Meadows! An annual Gorge Pass costs only $40 per year and allows unlimited riding along all of CAT’s routes.

A round-trip ticket to Meadows costs $5 and can be purchased online in advance, or you can pay with cash at the time of your ride. If you purchased your bus ride online, be sure to download the Token Transit app to use your bus ticket.

Parking at mt. hood meadows

All employees are expected to demonstrate safety, respect and helpfulness as they enter MHM parking lots. Everyone is expected to follow the flow of traffic and obey instruction from the Traffic Controller. When a roadblock is in place, access to main lot will be allowed only to authorized personnel. Speak with your manager if you have job specific needs. Pick Up/Drop Off at main lodge will only be allowed when the parking lots have reopened. Signage and safety cones are to be respected and untampered. Vehicles that are found to disobey these features will be immobilized and charged a fee before being released.

Team members who work a night shift and arrive at the mountain for their shift when the main lot is often closed may apply for a Team Member Parking Pass that would allow access to the main parking lot when it is closed. This pass may only be used on a work day. To request a Team Member Parking Pass use the button below.

Sno-Park Permits

All Mt. Hood Meadows parking lots (and surrounding Sno-Parks) are included in the Oregon Sno-Park system. To park your vehicle on site this winter you’ll need a Sno-Park permit! Follow the Sno-Parks link below for more information on how to get one:
