Jimmy Gerhardt Tribute
Jimmy loved MHM and CS. He grew up at MHM, riding here since he was 5. He worked at MHM on and off since he was 14 (the last 16 years). His passing is deeply felt among the MHM and Cooper Spur teams that knew him. There will be a Tribute held this Saturday, December 7th at 3pm for our long time Cooper Spur and Meadows team member. The location of the tribute will be the Resort at the Mountain in the Trails Ballroom on the eastside near Mallard’s. If you would like to support the family there is a gofundme account here.
Privilege Update
Meal Discount change!
We saw/heard often last season that the $25 daily meal cap was not enough, and that paying full price after reaching the cap was tough to afford. For a typical hardworking resort professional (that’s you), breakfast, snacks and lunch are vital to fuel your entire shift. So for this season, we have increased the daily cap to $40. Hopefully this improves the caloric support in order to enrich lives.
With this increase comes a request to be accountable and demonstrate integrity – this discount is for you only, not family or friends. Please make good choices with this privilege, and don’t put a cashier in the situation where they have to question you. Remember the 50% discount applies to QuickServe areas, not our sit down restaurants, where you receive 30% after 2:00pm (Team Handbook, page 28).
Don’t get ticketed for parking
SnoParks: All Meadows and Cooper Spur Ski Area parking lots require a SnoPark displayed in your windshield. They are available in HR at our cost which is $25. Guests may purchase them from a parking attendant, Concierge or Guest Services for $30.
