Newer FURNISHED 3 bed, 2 bath house for rent until April 15th, 2026. $700 per month per room but includes utilities (internet, water, sewer, gas, electricity, and garbage). Lots of parking. Feels like you are in the country, but you are just outside the city limits. Five minutes to downtown or seven minutes to the Hood River bridge.

House has an independent indoor/outdoor cat that will need some love. All expenses paid by owner for the cat, "Tiggy."
