We don’t want this to be a party house- This is an older family home.
We prefer only up to 3 tenants. This house has been on the market and will go back on the market in the spring. An oil furnace heats the house. But there are 2 wood stoves also. Tenant will be responsible for water and electric bills. Wi-Fi can be set up thru Hood River Electric Coop.
