Winter rooms available in shared, dog-friendly house in White Salmon!

Filling a Homie House, it’s in White Salmon, it’s dog-friendly, and it’s meant for people who spend more time outside than in, but still want their home to feel good when they come back.

This isn’t a party house. It’s a campfire-and-backyard-dinner kind of house. The kind where friends are always welcome, gear is always drying out somewhere, and we help each other out — with dog-sitting, firewood, tools.

I'm looking for people who want shared space that’s welcoming and lived-in, without being chaotic.

The house features:
4 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms (both with double sinks so we’re not all brushing our teeth on top of each other)
-fully fenced yard and a separate fenced (huge) patio
-central heat and AC
-new washer and dryer
-workshop out back with room to tinker, build, fix, or stare at your projects.
-plenty of garden space if that's more what you're into.
-secure end-of-the-road location — no thru traffic, plenty of parking
-covered gear storage for boats, bikes, etc

Available Rooms:
1) master bedroom with its own bathroom, available for finite dates Dec 1, 2026 until March 15, 2027. This room would be perfect for a remote worker. It will come furnished with a bed, dresser, standing desk, under-desk treadmill, and built in hammock straps (BYO hammock). $1200 plus split utilities.

2) second bedroom with shared bathroom, available October 15 - indefinitely for the right fit. This room comes equipped with a full sized bed, a nightstand, and a shelf/closet. $1100 plus split utilities.

3) third bedroom with shared bathroom, available November - indefinitely for the right fit. This room comes equipped with a queen sized bed, a nightstand, and a shelf/closet. $1000 plus split utilities.

You'll be a great fit if you:
-are the type to go to bed early and wake up early. The house is usually quiet between 9pm-7am.
-You own a dog (or love dogs enough to help out sometimes)
-You’re financially stable, drama-free, and value respecting others in a shared space
-You like the idea of kitchen dance parties or backyard concerts.
-I will not respond to "is this still available." If you are interested, please let me know more about your background and what you are looking for in a housing situation.

Theses two rentals available are RV's within our campground. They can fit a couple each or a single person. The images are for the older of the two campers. The second camper is slightly bigger and has a more updated look to it. Water, wifi and sewer and included in the rental price. Metered electric is charged at the end of the month. Available through the end of March. A week or two in April can be negotiated.
