What’s the point of Dynamic Pricing?

In our quest to deliver on our Core Value of Service, MHM has been looking at solutions to our busiest days. This season, we are using dynamic pricing to help us spread the stoke easier on those peak days.

 

With dynamic pricing, we hope to encourage guests (who have the flexibility) to purchase tickets for days and timeframes at the lower prices. That way we can do a better job at managing the experience for all who can only make it here on those peak days.

 

Tickets are purchased for a specific date. As more tickets are purchased for that certain day, the ticket price for that day increases.

  • Dynamically priced tickets are:  Adult (age 25 - 64); Young Adult (age 15 - 24); Junior (age 7 - 14); and Senior (age 65 - 74) seven-hour tickets.
  • They can be upgraded to an open to close ticket at the resort for just $10 on days that we extend operations until 9 PM, providing all day / night lift access.

Getting the Flu does NOT enrich your life, but this might…

FREE - Flu vaccines for the Team!

New this year, flu shots are being offered at your convenience and not limited to a single day. There are 100 flu shots available at the Mountain Clinic on a first come first served basis, anytime it is open (operating days).  However, please understand that the volume and severity of clinic issues will take priority over your flu shot when you show up.  

 

Follow these tips to minimize the “yucky” feeling that can accompany the vaccine (from Preventative Primary Care, Maureen Mays, MD, MS, FACC, Board Certified in Family Medicine)

  • Be well hydrated
  • Take 200 mg ibuprofen before you go (may substitute 500-700 mg acetaminophen [Tylenol])
  • Get vaccine
  • Go home and take 25 mg diphenhydramine (Benadryl)
  • Get to bed a bit earlier than usual

2018-19 Season Pass Refund - ONLINE  Request form

for Team members

 

Did you buy a season pass prior to joining the team?  You can now submit a reimbursement request form to Human Resources ONLINE!

 

Criteria that must be met before refunds are honored:

  • All required onboarding is complete
  • Your pass agreement, signed by the manager, is on file in Human Resources
  • This completed form must be received before the final day of 2018-19 operations

 

Refunds are processed after you receive your employee pass. Refunds are pro-rated based on specific cut off dates during the season, refer to dates below. At the time refund is processed, if your employment status is not in good standing your refund may be forfeited.

 

Refund Schedule-

  • Hired prior to January 31st, 2019: 100% refund
  • Hired February 1st - February 28th 2019: 75% refund
  • Hired March 1st – March 31st 2019: 25% refund
  • Hired April 1st - end of season 2019: No refund

 

Refund Process-

  • Employee submits request to Human Resources for pass refund for self and dependents.
  • Human Resources will verify employee and dependents are eligible for refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 6-8 weeks after the verification process and only if refund eligibility can be verified.

*Allow for additional time to process check refunds due to administration of check request
