Let's put a giant cork board in the employee lounge so we can put up flyers for buy, sell & trade goods / ride shares / rooms for rent /lost dog etc..
This is my first season, and it's been really amazing how positive and helpful everyone has been so far, even in the face of lift/bus difficulties.
To better inform my team (many do not check their email) I print/post the weekly email from HR. I encourage other managers to do what they can to get people reading the news so they can be informed. It has reduced the questions I field because my crew knows I expect them to help themselves!

Does anyone notice that since we don’t have paper towels, not all of the hand dryers work in the bathroom. The men’s room near the sno blasters room hasn’t worked for as long as I can remember.
Meadows continues to improve and what you do for team members and guests is awesome.

It would be awesome to be able to wear hoodies with our uniforms because the back of the neck can get super cold after standing in the elements. Even if we had to color coordinate them such as only black or blue hoods.
Kinda need a boost of enthusiasm to get through xmas weekend!!
Hopefully the new snow is providing that boost!
