There should be more employe events geared towards bringing departments and different shifts together!

My first official day of work was Preview Sunday 11/25 and it was SO DARN MUCH FUN! It was a good day to learn the job details without huge crowds yet. Guests were happy to be back on the mountain, and the stoke was palpable - especially as I was handing out afternoon cookies! I'm so blessed to be part of the Guest Host / Guest Services and MHM team!
Totally agree it is so much fun to be back in 7 day/week operations!
Race & Comps Department is not listed in the optional drop down menu. It would be helpful to have a water station/ jug inside the race shack to keep employees hydrated. I'm very impressed with the grooming depts hard work for an awesome preview weekend opening!
So sorry, not sure how I missed that. Race and Comps have been added. Grooming has done an amazing job, I'll follow up regarding a water jug to see if there is an easy solution.
You guys are doing great responding to survey questions this year, I had a great response to my last comments and I feel much better about dynamic pricing. I saw a couple other responses involving dynamic pricing and I like the solutions people are coming up with to make explaining the change to guests easier!
