Team News

Annual Survey LIVE NOW!

Hi all! The ANNUAL Team Survey is now available. This is a deeper look into your satisfaction with a 21 question survey. It has easy score items and places to make comments in each section. As we have been doing this year, the survey is anonymous, however if you wish to leave your name you may do so after any comment you make. Your name will appear to managers and directors and will only appear only on the exact comment you make, not the entire survey.

Please encourage others to participate. The survey will be available until the end of the day Saturday, Feb 29th.

Core Value Spotlight: Service

Dutifully and consistently anticipate the needs of our guests and inspire them with exceptional service.

Want to see service in action?
Think back to what Meadows looked like President’s Day Weekend:
Parking & Transportation parked THOUSANDS of cars –  and shuttled three times as many guests to and from the lodge, the Lift Ops team worked relentlessly to prep the lifts to run smoothly, Guest Services made sure all those shredders made it on the slopes as quick as possible, the Food & Beverage crews were slinging out orders non-stop, Race & Competitions put in the extra hours to make sure events ran seamlessly and Ski Patrol was constantly on the move to ensure the safety of our guests.

To all our Team Members that rolled up their sleeves and helped out wherever and whenever needed….THANK YOU!
A hard-working team is the key in delivering exceptional service to one another and our guests.

Employee Assistance Program

What is the Employee Assistance Program?
The Employee Assistance Program is available to help Mt Hood Meadows and Cooper Spur team members and their family who may be experiencing challenges in their personal life on topics such as relationships, legal or financial stress, mental illness, emotional problems, family conflict, and the effects of alcoholism or drug abuse. We have contracted with RBH (Reliant Behavioral Health) to provide contact with counselors available for immediate counseling and/or referral to other professionals if necessary.

RBH provides additional services including legal and financial services. These services are provided free of charge to employees and their family members and are completely confidential. Employee Assistance Program brochures and cards are available in the Human Resources office and with your manager.
