Bill went above and beyond to repair Nordic ski poles using parts from damaged poles. This saved more waste from the landfill, saved money and resources from having to order new poles or parts, and we ended up with more poles by the end of the season than we had started with thanks to Bill's sustainable repairing!

Mark has been going above and beyond the call of duty every day. He is self motivating and a critical thinker. His work quality is top notch and we are lucky to have him on our team.

Imelda is an amazing person that works her hands to the bone for me. she is always respectful to the crew and making sure that the other team members are well taken care of. her and the team are the very thing that make us sustainable here at MHM. they sort paper, Cans from bottles, and separates trash from all of those things. This is one small way of saying thank you for doing all of the things that none of us want to do! thank you!

Javier is always working very hard and smiling the whole time. he is very good at problem solving when faced with multiple possibilities. Javier is also very respectful and always returns a solid hello when spoken to.

Greg has been an integral part of the team. He's shown initiative and gets the job done. Thanks for all your hard work Greg!

Tai is always helpful, sees areas in need and jumps in to help. Starts projects without being asked!

He found a resourceful way to innovate and overcome challenges.
After the most recent power shutdown at HRM, Crew stepped up to a level that exceeded all expectations. He completed a task that could have been on an episode of Dirty Jobs with Mike Rowe. After multiple teams and grand efforts to restore use to the toilets failed, Crew stepped up and manually cleared each toilet. Crew’s generous smile and spirit is infectious to every guest he interacts with daily. He performs every task with dignity and grace, no matter how dirty or mundane, embodying the essence of professionalism in every action.

Meghan handle a very difficult situation with a very complicated child for an afternoon lesson and did blew us away with her patience and skill. We would clone her if we could.

Continues to go above and beyond in his dues in the parking lot. The team nominated you to receive this award. Your team apricate you and what you do for them. Thanks

Gabe is an incredible human being and the best bottom operator I have ever seen at Ballroom Carpet. Having the chance to work side-by-side with him at the bottom of the carpet, it shows how much he cares about his role and creating a peak day experience for our guests who are just starting to learn how to ski and snowboard. In speaking with him, he let me know that he specifically requested to work Saturdays at Ballroom because everyone here is no stoked to be here, learning and having a great time. Gabe goes out of his way to assist guests with all the issues involved with loading the carpet, from helping them learn how to do it, helping them up a slight grade to the gate when needed, giving them high fives, and remembering them each time they come through the gate. He is a role model for the ideal lift operator at Ballroom and Buttercup, where first impressions with our resort and the sport are so important! Thank you Gabe! I wish we could clone you! Keep up the good work and continue to lead by example. You're awesome!

Caden was the only person to show up for tear-down on 3/17 to get the base area ready for grooming that night and rocked the whole time.

Jacksun was one of 2 people to show up for set up 3/18 to help the mountain open on time and rocked the whole time.

Collin acted as a lead and always takes the initiative to help with Lead duties without asking and truly helps us out.

Patrick went above and beyond this year to help as an RA in housing. He has not only handled his own teams housing household, but he has been a valuable resource for help with j1 housing. He works hard to facilitate open communication, safe space, and respect within all areas of his housing to help team members feel seen and heard. He has a big heart and genuinely cares about team members he meets, and I am so grateful for his assistance this season.

Created staircase for safety at the entrance to the glass box. The snow had really piled up. Was very proud of him keeping busy!

Worked to get the restrooms at HRM lodge back in service.

An after affect of the power issue was no restrooms at HRM. Crew went above and beyond to get them reopened.

Tabitha has gone above and beyond for this team. She's capable and always willing and able to get the job done. Thanks for all your hard work!

Dan always has a great attitude and takes whatever lesson we need him to take. Today he had a huge crew of blue level skiers and handled it amazingly well. Even when he has the most chaotic crowd he is always asking what else he can do and helping out whoever needs it at any time.

Allison took out a crazy class consisting of First timers and Novices from 5-40 years of age Thursday Evening. She did a wonderful job a found a way to make it work.

Bill did amazing guests service at the 1/2 Moon gate on a day when guests could encounter large and hazardous avalanche debris and scoured vertical walls. His systematic and thorough guest management at this gate might have mitigated an injury or two. Thanks for giving people the info they need to make good decisions to keep themselves safe. Safe and happy guests can come back for more. And that's good for business and our community. TY Bill!

Phoenix does an amazing job as a dispatcher at night. our night dispatch coordinates so much communication for many departments

LeeAnna consistently creates a positive and welcoming environment for our team members.

Brian was a huge help in getting the pipe done in time for the comp this last Saturday.
He took the initiative to chainsaw the cuts on the half pipe this year.
It saved the cat operator valuble time and set us up for success.

Mike has been such an integral part of the Transportation team. Thank you for picking extra work to alleviate some stress on others and driving one of the Hood River buses every Friday this past month! You didn't have to do it; you volunteered. We are so appreciative of how you chip in any way you can. Thank you Mike!
