House rules include but are not limited to the following. Absolutely no parties. No overnight guests without the permission from your RA. Stays are limited to no more than 2 nights: extended stays must be pre-approved and subject to a fee. Any one teammate may not have overnight guests more than once a month. Guests must be accompanied by you. No drinking on premises if under the age of 21. No consumption of Marijuana if under the legal age of 21. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind is to occur inside the building. The consumption or possession of illicit drugs of any kind is strictly prohibited. Team member housing will not allow pets or animals of any kind, including but not limited to dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, etc. unless approved by Human Resources. Quiet hours will be in affect. This is shared and company sponsored housing, please be mindful and respectful to your fellow housemates and others in the building. All expectations outlined in the Team Handbook are valid; disciplinary action may be taken in the event of actions in housing affecting the workplace.
