I love my job! I have the best managers, Cale and Bridgette. I enjoy working with all of my coworkers. This is my second season and, although I will enter into my career next year, I will still continue to try to work at least one day a week because I love being apart of the Mountain family.

I love working with my co-workers - we all seem to work together to achieve the same goals and we all work well and in sync with each other. It is a great year so far!!

Morning meeting outside would be amazing to have on clear days! And extremely benefitial to the staff. I have stats!

The more people in a room the faster Co2 levels rise, and lift ops is tiny and crammed so the Co2 level has to be way up there by 8am. Normal Co2 levels are at 300ppm but can go up to and over 1000ppm with that many people in that small of a space, infact, office spaces tend to have somewhere between 400 to 1000ppm in Co2 throughout the day. Co2 at 1000ppm can decrease mental function up to 15%

I believe everyone will be happier, more focused, and more awake if we held morning mettigs outside in good weather like today (Thursday the 24th)

Not as cramped, fresh air, and of course we'll get to see the Alpine glow.

Would you please consider putting a hydration station (water bottle filling, specifically) on the 2nd floor of the main lodge, where the two drinking fountains are. I believe that customers would be very appreciative.

Management Response

This is a good idea. We used to have on in the SnoBlaster room, but people kept dumping coffee grounds down the drain and it got clogged. Maybe this would be less of an issue at the location you suggested. Thanks for the suggestion.
