You could win Passholder Value AND Align with Sustainability!

Signed up for future electronic W-2's

Hey Team! Want to win some passholder value AND save paper? Every team member that elects electronic delivery of their W-2 before Feb. 15th will be entered into a raffle for passholder value. Here’s how it works:

  1. Elect Electronic Delivery of your Year-End statements in Dayforce. See instructions below.
  2. Tell your friends and co-workers to sign up! The more people who elect electronic delivery, the higher the winnings!
  • If 50 people or less sign up, $25 passholder value will be added to the winner’s pass.
  • If between 51 and 100 people sign up, $35 passholder value will be added
  • And so on and so on.
  • If over 1200 Team members sign up for electronic delivery, we will add $255 passholder value to the winner’s pass. WOW!
  1. The winner will be announced on Feb 15!

Here’s how to go paperless (see pictures attached):
1)   On a laptop or desktop: www.dayforcehcm.com Go to Profile and settings
2)   Scroll Down. Click on the Blue Pencil next to “Year End Form Delivery”
3)   Check the box next to W-2 and Click Approve
4)   Done! You will now only receive your W-2 electronically and save postage and paper!

Uniform Getting Funky?

We’ll wash it for you! The day before your weekend, bring your uniform down to the Uniform Room and the HR team will take it from there.
Work Outside? No worries, we wash your uniform and strengthen the water proof shell.

Bus Reminder!

The 7:15pm downhill on both the Hood River & Sandy side is an “as-needed” route. If you would like to utilize this bus please be sure to sign-up at Concierge
