Employee Tunes

Rules:

  • $25 tunes can be dropped off Monday 1/16 through 1/26. Please respect that we will be focused on guest tunes Fri, Sat, and Sun, so if the gear is dropped off on a weekend it may take longer to get it done.
  • $25 is the base price.  Cost is dependent on how much time/material we will use.
  • This is for Team Members’ gear only, it is not for friends or family, we are still tuning guest gear during the week. This is a perk not a privilege for Meadows Team Members.
  • We can’t bring gear back from the dead. If it’s beyond repair we can refuse to tune it.
  • Snowboarders must take their bindings and hardware with them. We don’t have room to hold onto their stuff.
  • For tuning only, no mounts, or binding adjustments.
  • One set at a time, you cannot drop off new gear until your last gear has been picked up.
  • Please pick it up as soon as possible, space in the shop is extremely limited.
  • Please be understanding about time, depending on how much volume we are dealing with, things can take a little longer than expected. The HPC crew will be working as hard as they can to get that gear done in a timely manner.

Please be respectful and gracious to the HPC staff and remember this is for team members only please refrain from sharing this information with non-Meadows team members.

Provide to Ride Event Postponed

(Mount Hood, Ore., — Jan. 8, 2024) — Winter weather has returned to the mountain in a big way, and with it, Mt. Hood’s legendary storms. Tuesday’s forecast has forced us to suspend operations for Tuesday, Jan 9th, 2024. Because of that, Meadows has made the difficult decision to postpone the Provide to Ride event benefitting FISH Food Bank until Tuesday, January 30.

For those guests who bought the specially-priced $40 lift tickets for tomorrow’s event, Meadows will refund your purchase back onto the credit card you made it with, which can then be used to purchase tickets for the January 30 event, if you wish.

“We know this news may come as a disappointment, but we felt it would be a greater disappointment to hold this event on a day with limited lift operations,” said Greg Pack, President and General Manager of Mt. Hood Meadows. “We want to maximize the amount of donations FISH receives and look forward to hosting this event on a date that will hopefully have better conditions and result in a large turnout.”
