Team Reminders - Guest Events & Discounts

Guest Events

All MHM/CSMR team members are to be excluded from all guest raffle events.

This is necessary for two reasons:
– These events are for our guests
– Our integrity with our guests is at risk for those events if team members win.

Remember that we do have several team member events where items are raffled off to our team. Our first one of the season is set for Jan. 9th!

Discounts

– Team Members must have an active pass to receive their discount, there is no “discount” button at our F&B cash registers.
– Team Members receive a 70% discount on all quick-serve food areas, up to $35 per day. After the $35 cap has been met, team members are subject to paying full price.
– It’s recommended that team members keep track of their daily cap. Our cashiers do not have the ability to adjust the program parameters.

Reminder: Stay Home If You're Sick

This is your reminder to ensure you and your team members are staying home if you’re not feeling well and talking with your Manager (or whomever you report to) before returning after a potential transmissible respiratory or GI infection. Oregon and neighboring states are seeing a drastic surge in respiratory viruses (colds, flu, COVID & RSV) and our local/state health authorities are recommending that people take precautions to avoid spreading infections. Our best defense is staying home when sick. Wearing a mask indoors and physically distancing are also great options for keeping yourself healthy.

If you’ve had cold/flu/RSV/COVID symptoms or GI symptoms that can’t be attributed to the week-old burrito you had for breakfast, you’ll need to stay home until:

  • You’ve been fever free for at least 24 hours (if you had a fever)

    AND

  • Your symptoms have resolved

AND

  • You’ve been cleared by your Manager to return to work

It’s recommended that you wear a mask when you’re indoors for 5 days following your return.

Here’s a quick refresher on what kind of transmissible infection symptoms we’re talking about:

One or more of the following at any severity:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle/body aches
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion/runny nose
  • Nausea/vomiting
  • Diarrhea

More information and resources about infection prevention can be found here: https://team.skihood.com/infection-prevention-resources/

Thank you for your help in keeping our team and our families healthy!
