I was told I would be supported and that support fell though. I want to do my job well and work toward a goal and feel that the previous mismanagement is being rewarded. I also feel that very vocal and entitled parents are choosing how I do my job. I have given this much thought and would like to discuss it further although I am worried that my voice will not be heard. I am prepared to do my job and give my all this season regardless of the situations that might arise. I will follow the direction of my management without complaint. I also feel a need to share this concern as I do not think that our permanent interests are being kept in mind. Speak with you soon, I am sure.

It would be safer for everyone near buttercup if the rope line at the bottom of shipyard was set the way it was for the USSA event last week. Riders come off the last feature hot and it's an accident waiting to happen.

1: improve bus notifications, it's not fun sitting in government camp for 20 minutes and showing up 5 minutes before the meeting when some of us could take our cars to work to get to work on time.
2: pleeeeeeeease do something about people taking up entire seats or even entire rows sleeping especially on the weekends when the bus becomes packed. Last few weekends the bus was packed, except for a few seats where some we're laying out even with a blanket on them like it's their personal bed.

New reader boards (possibly digital) where dispatch could control live? Green for open, yellow for weather/maintenance/patrol standby, red for closed. (Like Whistler but much smaller)
Stainless Steel Sink- As I have replied several other times, this will have to be an SWP that will go along with the crew room/supervisor office renovation. Great idea, just won’t happen until over the summer.
-We have new rope spools in the closet for lifts. If you need one, feel free to ask a section supervisor. This is one of those times that specifics really help .
-The reader board idea is awesome, also sounds very expensive. I will look into what the costs of something like that would be. Maybe I can talk to IT and see if we can add something like this to the resort TVS in the interim. Thanks for the feedback!

The only instance of the Sandy bus being late in the last month was due to chaining up between Rhody and Govy. This is hard for us to send notifications about because the driver is a) out of cell service, b) focused on chaining up so that they are not late. Sorry for the wait, but this is one of those unavoidable situations.
As far as the bus seats being taken up by sleepers, it is not the duty of a driver to police seating arrangements. They are focused on the road and transporting our team safely. I would suggest the employee try asking the other rider to sit up right when they encounter this type of situation.

It was difficult to get my new instructor team training requirements fulfilled and the process seemed unorganized.
Thanks for that feedback, I've seen a lot of improvements in the new instructor training process this year but I'm sure the team will be excited to get feedback and work on more changes for next season.

Please reinstate the 400p Sandy side employees bus. Many of us are off by 300p and fill the bus. Waiting untill 500p or 600p incourages those who can to drive. Not green and adds cars to our lots.
