Cooper Spur Ski Area got opened, and I loved our team. We have such a fun crew! I like that we get to wear flannels and jeans this year, it's a cool uniform. Thanks!
When working nights, having to arrive at least 45 minutes early to work to park is a real turn off. Not great bus options from the Government Camp side of mountain.
Also, a few more buddy passes for kids in college during Christmas break.
Blue till two! And get the sewage smell fixed!!
Send out the team surveys by email again. Have marketing work on getting sponsors like most resorts have. Timberline has many sponsors and we kind of have blackstrap. Park crew could really use new batteries for our dewalt tools. It would be great if we could have flannels.
Job is good, I am just tired. Overtime at 40 hours would be awesome but I know our margins are tight plus that there is no legal requirement. Still like my job but December is always taxing. Glad to hear that a (former) party-hardy ski schooler is my boss. Not sure how I feel about that accountant though . . . =P
Overtime pay has been a topic of conversation. Thanks for chiming in on that. -Tyler Barnes, Learning Center Operations Manager.
