You asked for what food is bad details .....cascade fries .. Every year for the last 5 year's they have managed to make them worse and worse .. I switched to chili fries. .. .that's how bad the cascade fries got .

I am sorry you do not care for the Cascade Fries…
We did change the homemade cheese sauce this year that we use for that and the Nachos with very positive results. It is a bit spicier for sure. We do get way more positive comments on the change than we do negative ones. Unfortunately, due to space in the kitchen, it does need to be the same sauce for both items. They do continue to be one of our best selling items in the Alpenstube.
