PTSD/Stress Injury Resource Guide
At Mt Hood Meadows we have resources available to assist both our First Responders and other team members who have witnessed or been involved in a traumatic event at work. This guide will share articles that explain PTSD signs and symptoms and outline resources that are available to help if you or one of your team members is suffering from PTSD.
NSAA Engagement Survey
The National Ski Areas Association has rolled out the second iteration of the Employee Engagement & Inclusion Survey. The survey aims to understand the degree to which ski area employees feel valued and engaged. This is a great opportunity for Meadows leadership to get to know our team beyond job responsibilities.
